About the Club
The Tweed Valley Vehicle Restorers Club Inc. (TVVRC) is a community based not for profit organisation based in Murwillumbah, NSW and has been going now for well over 30 years.
Our principal objective is to encourage the restoration, preservation and use of vehicles which are thirty (30) years or older and restored or restorable to the approximate original concept of the vehicle. This excludes hot rods, street machines or significantly modified vehicles.
We encourage people to join our club from all walks of life, families, people with Vintage or Historic Cars, Trucks and Motorcycles. Membership entitles anyone with an unmodified vehicle over 30 years old to 'Conditional Registration' of their vehicle subject to RMS guidelines. We do expect members to be active in Club Events to keep their registration entitlements through our Club.
Our club has regular monthly meetings, car outings (runs within and without our local area) and other social activities. Be sure to check out our Facebook site.
Prospective members are required to complete a membership application.
There are two options:
a. Complete the membership application by clicking the ‘menu’ option at the top of the page and selecting ‘apply now’ The membership application will be forwarded automatically to the Committee. The prospective member will then attend a monthly meeting of the club to meet members and where current members will be found to nominate and second the membership application. Alternatively,
b. Use the ‘Downloads’ button in the menu at the top of the page to receive a PDF Printable membership application for you to print and fill out. The prospective member will then bring the completed application to and attend a monthly meeting of the club to meet members and where current members will be found to nominate and second the membership application. Approved applicants will become financial members on payment of a joining fee and annual subscriptions that are set each year at the annual general meeting.
